Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken

  • You received the wrong product

  • There is a genuine defect in the item

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the sacred and personalized nature of some items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened gemstones, crystals, or malas

  • Customized yantras, astrology reports, or ritual kits

  • Healing sessions, consultations, or services once delivered

  • Items returned without prior approval or after the return window

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at info@cosmicshower.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged), and the reason for your return.

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm next steps.

If approved, you will be given the return address. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
